Return & Exchange Policy

– You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original condition and packaging.
– If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the shipping cost.
– If the return is due to the customer’s reason, the shipping cost is covered by the customer.
– Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 14 business days.
– For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.
– Personal use items (such as underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
